1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Industry Conference and use of the registration website. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration

Registration is confirmed only after receipt of a completed form and payment of the conference ticket, except for the persons that are invited by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at their discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

Conference fees must be paid according to the selected payment option. Invoices will be issued electronically. All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

Regular fee for the participation in the European Polyamide Conference 2026 is €1500 plus VAT. German VAT of 19% is also applicable for international participants.

Early Bird fee (registration before 28.02.2026) is €1425 + VAT.

For a third participant from the same company, and for all further participants from that company, an additional discount of 5% applies. All conference presenters participate with a Presenter fee of €0 and are not counted among company participants regarding this discount.
Discount codes can be entered during the registration that provide a discount to the Regular fee.

The conference fee covers participation and services, including lunch and coffee breaks, for the two days of the conference. Accommodation must be paid for separately by participants. After registering, all participants will receive a link and instructions for booking a room at a discounted rate at the conference venue, Hotel Frankfurt City Centre.

4. Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A cancellation more than three months before the conference date is eligible for a refund of 90% of the participation fee. For a cancellation between three and one month before the conference date, 50% of the fee is refunded. No refund is possibe with less than one month before the conference. Substitutions of participants are permitted with prior notice to the organizers no later than one week before the conference.

5. Conference Program

The organizers will do their best to keep the venue unchanged, and prepare a program in advance before the conference date. But the organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or venue. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

7. Liability

The organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the conference. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to such processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany and State of Hesse, according to the place of the Conference. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
